Within Elmtree, there are 38 apartments, where you can choose from a one-bedroom, studio floor or suite plan, and furnish it with your own décor. Within this intimate atmosphere, you’ll feel a sense of genuine warmth and discover that neighbors quickly become friends.

For every new Personal Care resident, we establish an individualized plan of care that empowers him or her to live as independently as possible. Experienced staff members provide varying levels of assistance with daily life activities, meal preparation and transportation.
